36th St

Located in the Merrill Park Neighborhood, this 4 bed 2 bathroom remodel is filled with updates any perspective home buyer would love. With the outstanding work the Near West Side community has put in to increase home ownership, we wanted to do our part in providing a product that make those efforts easier.

Townsend

Like many homes in the Sunset Heights neighborhood, this two story bungalow was common for housing generations of families, often occupying only the first floor. Keeping that in mind, we wanted to transform the once attic space into a large master suite any resident would dream of! With completely updating the exterior and interior, we hoped this project inspired families to grow in the Sunset Heights neighborhood like they have for generations.

32nd St

Located in the Old North Milwaukee neighborhood, the 32nd St project challenged us to be creative in preserving the historic qualities of this two story bungalow. It was important we focus more on restoration rather than new age updates, keeping the flow and unique design of this home intact! Restoring wood floors and fixing original wainscoting makes this project one of the most fun and cherished to date!

39th st

Located in the Thurston Woods neighborhood, this brick one story provides a sleek and clean appeal many home buyers admire. Big picture window, original wood work and a restored eat in kitchen were some of the qualities that made this home so hard to let go. The no hassle quality of homes like these have not gotten the attention they once received, but we feel that may be changing!

Congress

Located in the Rufus King neighborhood, this single story single family home is a mix between efficient and effective. We saw this house being as equally useful to a first time home buyer as it would to a retiree, making it uniquely versatile. Add in a rec-room to relax in after a hard day at work, this project got our minimalist juices flowing!
