I am a double major graduate from the University of St. Thomas with degrees in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. I have nearly ten years of real estate experience in both commercial and residential property management, leasing and construction dealing with single family homes to Class A office space. During these years I’ve had the opportunity to work for small “Mom & Pop Shops” all the way to the world’s largest commercial services firm, CBRE. Through time spent with these organizations I’ve been able to identify the pluses and minuses of each to build a residential rehab business with my business partner that focuses on industry best practices.

Over the years I have worked in a variety of positions specific to the real estate and development industry. Within the last 5 years, I’ve held the controller position of Renters Warehouse Property Management Firm, growing their units under management from 30 to over 300 throughout the metro area. During that time, I oversaw the day to day operations ranging from contractual audits to submitting payroll. After gaining that experience, I began focusing on residential and commercial redevelopment throughout the Milwaukee area. Additional, I have continued to strengthen my skills and understanding of real estate industry by taking an architectural and development class at Harvard.
